Issuance records are backed by structured project documentation and MRV evidence and include time-stamped issuance details, vintage or monitoring period, quantity, and credit serial identifiers. Each issuance is linked to the originating project record to ensure consistent traceability from verification to credit creation. Where relevant, issuance is also accompanied by an independent quality/risk rating.
